LOL! I decided to join in on the marathon cooking day(s) with Money Saving Mom and Life as Mom! I won't be doing as much as everyone else as I had to stop to go to grocery store today for my regular 2 week shopping trip. I usually do it early on paydays but that didn't happen and Mondays they are closed, so ...
Anyway I don't have a huge plan but am going by the seat of my pants. LOL! There are things that come up as we homeschool, so when they need help or something I need to be there. THat happened quite a bit today. Gotta love algebra and word problems! :D
Here is what I have made so far:
2 batches of pancakes
1 batch Cheddar Garlic Biscuits
3-4 dozen of my Grandma's Sugar Cookies
3 loaves of Cinnamon Raisin Bread
Chocolate Mint Dreams
2 loaves of Amish Soft Honey Whole Wheat Bread
I have these in mind:
Cream Cheese Cranberry Muffins
2 pizza crusts
big batch spaghetti/pizza sauce
Are you participating? Do you do lengthy baking sessions?
Check out what everyone else is doing atMoney Saving Mom!

It's really too bad that I hate to cook/bake, isn't it? I know --- I'm missin' out!
Sounds yummy, and have done it before. But I would rather have to GO through the "work" before I eat all those carbs. Stops me from them sometimes. But if they are ready in the freezer...oh it's just bad!!!
mmm... cinnamon raisin bread :)
Great job so far - and some yummy food!! I'm not participating this time, but I do love to cook and bake ahead and hope to be able to do so before the busyness of the holidays is upon us!
I wanted to do this but totally forgot about it. I have never done a OAMC but have baked a few casseroles for the freezer and a few other items as well.
I love having soups or casseroles or meatloaf (or waffles or pancakes) to pull out of the freezer when I need them!
Wow!! You got a lot done!!
